Journey To The West

Hey people.
I am currently in the states.
Came here 2 weeks ago.
The journey was a pain in the ass.
We finally made it after two days of travelling with 4 transits. :(

This is to show you how happy am I when we touched down at the Southwest International Airport.

It's my second week here.
Slowly settling down and adopt to the new environment.

It's Christmas today so I just want to wish everyone a jolly Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

I will update more often here. :)

Farewell Dinner

Went Dome at Intermark yesterday night to meet up with my ex - colleagues
and also to have a farewell dinner with them before I fly off.

I can't believe I am flying off in a week. :)
I will surely miss everything and everyone in Malaysia.
I will be back next year.

Ordered Apple Martini.
It tasted alright but everyone loves it except me.
Yes, I am always the picky ones in the group.

Michelle's Spicy Olio - olio.
She said it's nice and not spicy.

I can't remember what platter is this.
But it looks yummy thou.

Next will be mine.
I ordered Fish and Chips. *expected*
I always ended up with Fish and Chips whenever, wherever I went for western cuisine.
Don't ask me why.
The portion was so big that I give some of the fish to my colleagues.

We start taking pictures like nobody's business before we dig in and also right after the meals.

Yours truly, Michelle and Silvia.

Abigail and Michelle.
I really adore her height and beauty. :)

The ladies of the night.
Puili, Abigail, Catherine, Silvia and Michelle.

We took quite a numerous of pictures as you can see.

The only man in the group.
Alex, Puili and Catherine.

I randomly took my camera out and this is the pose she gave me.
After that, she complaint what is this.

I look extremely fat in this picture but you know this is just because of angle problem right? :D

Lastly, of course is a group picture.

p/s: I changed my header. Just incase you did't see it. :)

Antipodean, Bangsar

Heard so much about this place and finally I paid a visit.
Went there pretty early that day because I have some errands to run in the morning.
Reached there around 11am something and the place is already packed with human.
I heard it will be chaotic during the weekend so is better to go during the weekdays.

Fresh flower on the table. :)

Sis ordered Mocha and it taste better than mine.

A clearer view of the design.

Here is my not so tasty Latte.
Even McDonald's McCafe Latte is better than this.

They are famous for their big breakfast hence the both of us ordered the same thing but one with sausages and the other with bacon.

The portion is extremely huge.
So I suggest you guys don't be too ambitious and order one portion for yourself.
It's better to share with someone.

Favourite Month

It's October which also means someone's birthday is near. :)

It's my favourite month of the year.
Let me give you a hint which day it is.

Happy October. :)

Harry Potter Exhibition - Singapore

First, I am not a Harry Potter fan, I went to the exhibition because of my sister.
So don't be surprised that I went. :)

The exhibition was held at Marina Bay, Singapore.
I was doing my internship that time so we went there for 2 days only.
You can imagine how rush the trip is. Took a coach and reached around 1pm.
Checked in at the backpacker's hostel and went Marine Bay straight.

There is a mini television for everyone.
Pathetically, mine is not working. :(

Took this last picture of myself before entering Singapore.

I only managed to take 2 pictures about the exhibition because no camera allowed inside.
I took this outside while waiting for our turn to enter.

This trip purely for Harry Potter exhibition and we are tired of being tourist so not many picture taken the entire trip. We were too busy walking around and going to places that we wanted too.

As for all the famous tourist spots in Singapore, we passed because we went there last year.

On the second day, we went Orchard Road before head home because we wanted to visit H&M.

The place we stayed for a night is called The Hive.
The price is reasonable and the place is decent.
The only thing that I am not happy about is the aunty/ cleaner over there.
She treats us like we owe her don't know how many billion. She is so rude and impolite.
Imagine she treats you that way in the morning.
What a mood spoiler!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took some pictures about our room before we check out.

The nearest MRT station to us.

It feels so good to come home after 2 days in Singapore.
I am tired of calculating the freaking currency.
There is no where like home. :D
